In June 20th, 1945 was founded the Indústria de Calçados Paquetá. Nowadays, it daily produces around 70,000 footwear pair, in its industrial units in the states of Rio Grande do Sul, Ceará and Bahia, in Brazil, and in the city of Chivilcoy, in Argentina.
